[env-trinity] Weir and Hatchery Summaries

Attached is an excel spreadsheet with trapping totals for the Willow Creek
and Junction City weirs and Trinity River Hatchery.  Both Willow Creek and
Junction City weir operations are now over for the season.  

Trinity River Hatchery will continue to take in fish through March.

 

I will be sending periodic updates for the hatchery from this point forward,
however not on a weekly basis.
