[env-trinity] Bill Chambers Appointed Trinity County District 1 Supervisor

It has been reported to me that Mr. Bill Chambers of Lewiston has been appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to fill the vacant District 1 Trinity County Supervisorial seat held by the late David Klipp.
