TAMWG members, greetings;

Here's a draft agenda for our April 1-2 meeting.  A packet should go out today from Arcata with this agenda and the draft minutes for the December meeting.  I hope and expect that other documents will be available prior to the meeting, but they are not available now, so we'll have to find another way to transmit them. In this category: proposed flow schedule for 2004; report from the program evaluation committee; the next iteration of the strategic plan. 

Please let me know if you cannot attend on April 1-2.
