ACADEMICS/OPORTUNITIES/EVENTS: The PSAT test is this Saturday, 10/19/19. Arrive to room N-04 at 7:45 a.m. for your room assignment. The test begins at 8:00 a.m. No late entry! MUST BRING PHOTO ID and calculator.

All current juniors and seniors: If you are interested in taking the Advanced Placement Language and Composition Exam in May, come to an informational meeting at lunch on Friday, October 18th in P-21. Dear Parents/Padres-Please participate in an important Youth Truth Family Survey.  This survey will help us to even better serve the families at Davis Senior High School. It's time DHS!  Come support your favorite dancer at So You Think You Can Dance this Saturday, Oct. 19th at 7:00 pm in the Brunelle Theatre.  Watch Cedric Hughes, Kade Gehringer, Bela Acosta, Ben Skinner, Avital Schwatz, Finn Thompson and many more compete to win $150.  Your vote counts so come out and cheer them on.  Tickets are available from any ATC student or in PA8 for $5.  Get your tickets early; they go up to $10 at the door.

2020 Grad Night Tickets on Sale NOW at davisgradnight.org Seniors - Can you believe it is already time to start thinking about Grad Night? Every graduating senior in Davis ( DaVinci, DSIS, King and DHS) is welcome to celebrate at this ALL-night party on Friday, June 12th from 9:30 pm- 5:00am. Tickets are $75.00 until February 1st so get your tickets before prices go up. Ticket includes all activities, food, and raffle entry. CLUBS: From the desolation of a nation marked by foreign invasion and whose people are characterized by a tenacious struggle for their liberty. Join us this Tuesday at P-23 during lunch for an introduction to the valves and history of the Vietnamese people by guest speaker Abbie Phan. Be a part of our journey through history.
Interested in pursuing a career in medicine? If so, join the DHS pre-med club. Intro meeting is today in L-27. See you there!
Hey DHS! Interested in learning about the environment and participating in climate action initiatives and community service projects. Come to environmental club Thursday in S-10 @ lunch.
Spanish club is starting up again. Hablas Español? Come join us for games. Come to O-6 at lunch this Wed, October 16th.
CAREERS: Colleges visiting the Career Center today include California College of the Arts and more! Go on Naviance or come to the Career Center in the ASC to see the list and sign up for upcoming college visits.
