Sports Physical Clinic! Saturday, June 1st 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Sutter Family Medicine 2030 Sutter Pl., Suite 2000. Athletes in grades 7-12 are encouraged to complete their sports physicals this spring for the 2019-20 school year. $20 donation benefits DSHS Athletics. Please bring a Sports Physical Examination Form completed, signed by a parent/guardian in order to participate in the clinic. Available on Athletics page, forms folder: https://dshs.djusd.net

ACADEMICS/OPORTUNITIES/EVENTS:
Attention seniors! Senior Ball is May 11th at the Hyatt. Ticket sales are April 8th-26th at lunch in the Finance office. All seniors wishing to purchase tickets will need the following items:

  1.  Completed Table Organizer (one per group)
  2.  Guest Pass applications (if applicable)
  3.  Completed Prom Contact forms (required for each student)
  4.  Student ID Cards (or number)
  5.  Money for all guests included on the table organizer
All forms can be found in the front office. To ensure your group sits together, please have a representative of your group deliver all completed forms at the time of purchase.
CLUBS:

Come to the Culture Club! Where you can learn about different cultures and gain a different perspective of cultures around the globe. It will be happening in room P-23 at lunch every Tuesday. Hope to see you there!



Any CSF Senior who has achieved Active Lifetime status is eligible to apply for our chapters' scholarship. Applications are now available in P-13. They are due April 23rd.



Want to know more about LGBT history? Come to the LGBT History Club. Tuesday at lunch in Mr. Williams room, P-14!



CAREERS:
The City of Davis Police Department is offering its Police Youth Academy summer camp June 17-28. At the camp, students will participate in crime scene investigation, defensive tactics training, S.W.A.T, fire department activities, K9 and more! Come to the Career Center for a flyer.
SENIORS: A local scholarship deadline has been extended! The Officer Natalie Corona Memorial Scholarship is for students who are planning to pursue a career in law enforcement or criminal justice. The new deadline is this Wednesday, April 17. Come to the Career Center to pick up an application.
