[DHS Bulletin] concussion testing for Fall DHS athletes

There are still some spots available at 7:30am and 8:30am this coming Monday, June 17. If your student is new to DHS athletics or did not test last year, please consider filling a spot at this June session. Go to the front page of www.davisseniorhigh.net<http://www.davisseniorhigh.net> to sign up and print the required consent form. The sessions begin promptly at the allotted time so arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals are not admitted to testing.

Testing is valid for two years so if your athlete tested in 2012-13, they do not need to retest until 2014-15.

Additional August sessions will be added in a few weeks so check back on the DHS website if Monday does not work for your schedule or if the June sessions have filled.
