[DHS Bulletin] Baseline Concussion testing for Athletes

Reminder for Fall Athletes: if you need to complete your baseline concussion testing session for a Fall sport, there are upcoming sessions:

Thursday, Aug. 8 - 8:00am, 9:00am or 10:00am
Friday, Aug. 16 - 8:00am, 9:00am or 10:00am

Testing is held in the DHS Library computer lab. Testing begins promptly at the top of the hour. Go to www.davisseniorhigh.net<http://www.davisseniorhigh.net> and scroll down the front page to the paragraph about concussion testing. There you can sign up for a session as well as print the permission form which you need to bring to your testing session.

Testing is valid for two years. Athletes who tested in 2012-13 do not need to retest until 2014-15.

If spots are still available, Winter athletes may also sign up. Additional sessions for Winter athletes will be offered in October.
