TODAY’S ACTIVITIES/DEADLINES

CSFers! There is a general meeting today, during lunch in Ms.
O’Brien’s room. The group will be talking about T-shirts so be sure to
come!

Attention seniors: completed applications are due in C-4 today for
Rent-a-Senior. The proceeds will help to fund student events.

Cultural Exchange Club meetings are every Friday in Mr. William’s
room, P-14.  There is a meeting today!

The Teen Health Awareness Club will meet today at lunch in Ms.
Moriarty’s Room S-5.

JOB OPPORTUNITY:  The City of Davis is looking for temporary,
part-time Junior Basketball Coaches and Officials.  Students must
possess knowledge of basketball rules and be able to lead and motivate
children.  Deadline to apply is November 21.  Apply online at
www.cityofdavis.org, or come to the Career Center for more
information.

Calling all dodge ball players! Applications to start your own dodge
ball intra-mural team are available today in C-4.  Turn completed
applications into C-4 by December 14!

On November 29 at lunch in Room S-5, the Teen Health Awareness Club
will host Guest Speaker Dr. Katherine Eastman, Assistant Chief of
Pediatrics at Kaiser Davis to give a talk “Stress Management for Exams
and Life.”  This talk is timely: finals are before Winter Break this
year.  All students are welcome to attend!

Seniors!  It's not too soon to think about Grad Night 2013!  The
tickets cover food, drinks and entertainment and are at their lowest
price, $75, until December 31.  Scholarships are available through
school counselors.  This event is an all-night party for graduating
DJUSD Seniors!  Forms can be found at www.davisgradnight.org,
questions answered at info at davisgradnight.org.  Kindergarten photos
can be scanned using high resolution and sent to
kindergartenphotos at davisgradnight.org.  If mailing the photo, send to
P.O. Box 2143, Davis, CA 95617. If you wish it to be returned, please
include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with a telephone number.
