[Dhsbb-symph] DHSBB: Proposed reimbursement form

Dear DHS Band Boosters members,

Please check out our proposed Expenditure Request form (Google Form) for
expenses related to our band programs.

The purpose of this form is to provide an easy way for all members to
request approval of expenses that may be associated with trips, concerts or
other band events. We hope this form will expedite processing expense
requests.

If the form is approved at our April 4 meeting, we will post it to the
DHSBB website so that it is accessible to all members.

Please send any feedback on the form to Karen Cannata at
cannata1 at comcast.net by April 1.
