[Dhsbb-symph] Logistics Team and Chaperone Meeting for NY trip on Monday April 16 7:30 pm

Hi all,
Now that we are definitely going to NY, there are LOTS of logistics we need to prepare. We need at least 4 band parents to be part of the logistics team to help organize things for the trip. We will be joining orchestra volunteers and all working together. We will be meeting on Monday April 16 at 7:30 pm in the band room.
You don't need to be a chaperone to be on the logistics team; however all Chaperones must attend this meeting because the details around logistics is critical to your success as a Chaperone.
