[Dhsbb-jazz] Fwd: Final version "Pre-check in" document

This is the final version of the "Pre check-in" document including packing list, and the last changes discussed at the meeting on Thursday. Please, send it to all families. I included two files as I'm not sure if you prefer to send Word or pdf documents.
