> In preparation of the Friday event, please review the packet we handed out on the April 30th meeting (attached on this e-mail).

> Students MUST bring the "SFO Airport Checklist" (last page on the packet) signed to the Friday event. They WILL NOT be allowed to check-in their bag until the form is filled and SIGNED.

> STUDENTS: On Friday, you will have to verify information on file of your emergency contact (name, phone and/or e-mail). In order to speed up the process, have this info available with you.
> 
> Also, we are missing some medical authorization forms from some students. The event on Friday is the LAST opportunity to hand this over to the trip doctors.
