Congratulations to Nico Martinez, awarded as one of the outstanding instrumentalists in a rhythm section at the Reno Jazz Festival. This festival has over 350 bands from throughout the US and Canada. This is a wonderful recognition!
Also, congratulations to the jazz band members for their 10 outstanding soloist awards. Not bad considering we had 16 students performing!
