[Dhsbb-jazz] New Orleans Packets DUE NOW

Hi Jazz Band Families,
If your child is going on the New Orlean's trip, please turn in the field  
trip form packets that were sent home last week.  (If you don't know about  
such packets, ask your child for the large manila envelope they got in Jazz 
Band  awhile ago!)  
 
Remember, you need a physician's signature for all medications - even to be 
 able to have over the counter meds such as tylenol - as per district  
policy.  
 
Please keep the packing list and trip info page but return all other pages  
in the envelope to the band room.
 
And as always - all final pledge contributions are greatly appreciated  at 
this time as well.  If your student is also going on the Disneyland trip  
you may make final pledge contributions for that as well.  Just slip it all  
in the packet if you like and it will be delegated to the proper place.
