[Dhsbb-jazz] Reno Jazz Festival - Schedule (as of 4/7/16)

Hi all,

I just received the times for Reno and have compiled them into one document (see below).

We will leave DHS on Thursday, April 28th after 7th period and head directly to Reno. As you can see, the performances begin quite early and we'll need to leave the hotel early Friday morning for UNR. The final performance ends at ~12:45pm and we'll depart UNR for Davis immediately thereafter.

I need parental assistance in the following areas:
1. Someone to book the hotel rooms for overnight on Thursday, April 28th. We'll arrive at around 6:00pm, check in to the hotel, then get dinner somewhere affordable in Reno.
2. Drivers/Chaperones: We have 23 students that need transportation to Reno from DHS and back again the following day.

Please reply at your earliest opportunity if you are able to help.
