Dear Director,
We’re looking forward to seeing and hearing you at this year’s Reno Jazz Festival. Please take a minute to review this important email and respond promptly to help us make sure you have the best experience possible at the festival.

Below is the assigned performance time for your group performance at the Reno Jazz Festival.  If you have enrolled multiple groups you will receive an individual email for each group you have registered.

***Please note, that the email address for the each individual group director is used, so if you have multiple directors coming from your school each one of you will receive your own information.***

Each group will be automatically assigned a name based on your school and group number.  Due to the scoring process, this name cannot be changed, but please make sure it is spelled correctly.  If your group has a special name you may announce it to the room before you perform.
