[Dhsbb-jazz] Calendar events - May, June, and July 2014

Here are some key times & information on the upcoming events.

May 6th: Senior Concert - Symphonic Band & Concert Band, 6:00pm call time/7:00pm concert start, formal attire
May 8th: Evening Rehearsal - all Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Jazz Band members, 7:30pm to 9:30pm in PA-3, +50 Extra Credit points
May 10th: Festival of the Arts in Central Park - all Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Jazz Band members, 10:30am call time (finished by 12:30pm), Blue Band Polo Shirts and nice jeans (If weather high temperature is expected to be over 85, then nice shorts and shoes will be allowed).
May 13th: No rehearsal - Tour Check in at DHS, room PA-3, 4:00-8:00pm
May 16th through 20th: Spring Tour to Seattle & Victoria B.C.
May 30th:  Jazz on a Summer's Eve - Jazz Band, Theater 6:00pm call time, 7:00pm concert. Usual jazz concert attire.
June 12th: Commencement rehearsal - all Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Jazz Band members, Time TBA, room PA-3. This is a mandatory event.
June 13th: Commencement - all Symphonic Band, Concert Band, and Jazz Band members, Time TBA, DHS Stadium. This is a mandatory event. We only play Pomp and Circumstance, then head home. Attire - Blue polo shirts with black dress pants.
July 4th:  Fourth of July Kiddie Parade - Pep Band Only Downtown Davis
