Hello Music Community,

SFJAZZ Monday Night Band auditions are in only six weeks!  The ensemble's fall season stars September 15th, and we want to make sure that community musicians and local music students know about this great opportunity to play big band jazz in both a fun setting and a world-class facility. You'll find audition sign-ups, program and enrollment information, and brand new media to watch and share.  Note that some of the perks are that band members get to:

o   Showcase original compositions and arrangements
o   Work with professional artists as clinicians
o   Play for a 600+ audience in Miner Auditorium
o   Keep the professional recordings made
o   Play additional gigs in the Bay Area
o   Do community outreach
o   Get credit for professional development
o   Network and build relationships with other neighborhood artists
