[Dhsbb-jazz] Concert Festival Schedule - Friday, April 11, 2014

Hi all,

We have our Band Festival (formerly the adjudication concert) performance this coming Friday evening for all members of the Concert and Symphonic Bands. Keep an eye out in the Davis Enterprise for an article by Jeff Hudson on the premiere the Symphonic Band is performing this evening! Here are the call times and details:
Concert Band: Report to DHS in full concert attire at 6:15pm. We will perform at 7:00pm and will finish at 8:00pm. You may stay and watch the Symphonic Band after your performance or head home.
Symphonic Band: Report to PA3 at 7:15pm in full concert attire. Section leaders will begin warm ups in sections. Do not leave the doors open to PA3 or leave the room. You are expected to be tuned and ready to perform at 7:45pm. We will perform at 8:00pm and be finished by 9:00pm.

I need parents who will be able to stay with the Symphonic Band in PA3 during the warm ups. Please email me if you are able to help.

Please encourage everyone (family, friends, neighbors, anyone...) to attend this concert. We have been working very hard to prepare this music and it will be a very fine concert performance by both ensembles!
