[Dhsbb-jazz] A note about the online trip sign up form

HI All,

We found a small issue with the Spring Trip form.   After filling out the 
form, it wants to send you a reply to let you know you  have successfully 
completed the form.  But there is no place for an email  except in the 
chaperone section.
 
To fix this glitch:
 
Please enter:  Chaperone 1 email, so the form can reply to you  that you 
have submitted it.  (If you don't want to chaperone don't fill out  anything 
else in the chaperone section).
 
 
 
Or, you can also simply ignore the message that says your form wasn't  
submitted due to lack of email....the forms seem to be getting through  anyhow.  
 
 
We are still learning but this seems to be a helpful tool.
