Hi All,
For those interested in helping out to plan or chaperone the 2014 Band Trip 
 to Victoria Canada, mark your calendars:

The next meeting will be 
 
Thursday Jan 9th
 
7:00 p.m.
3454 Oyster Bay Avenue
 
 
 
We have volunteers for many key jobs, so thank you to all who are helping  
already.  We are still looking for folks to help with:

Making Hotel  Room Lists
Making Bus Lists
Departure day events
 
Please let me know if you can help with any of these areas.
