[Dhsbb-jazz] Additional information for Coconut Grove performers

Dear Jazz Band students performing at Coconut Grove,

 	Snacks at a food table on the west side of the stage will be available for performers before and after their performance. If performers would like to purchase a full dinner for $10, they should send in a reservation form prior to the event , indicate that they are paying the performer's price for a meal only, and ask for their meal ticket when they check-in. Reservation forms are available at http://groups.dcn.org/dhsbandboosters/an-evening-at-coconut-grove .  However, there is no admission charge for performers to stay and listen to other groups.

	Upon arrival, performers should proceed to the band room on the far side of the Indoor Commons to get their instruments ready and leave their cases. Please note that space limitations in the Indoor Commons will make it difficult to allow spectators (family,friends) to enter to watch individual performances without a reservation for the fundraiser. Families and friends are, of course, encouraged to order tickets and join us for a great evening!
