[Dhsbb-jazz] Play-A-Thon survey

Attention Students:  
 
 

The Band Boosters are trying to decide whether or not it makes  sense to 
have Play-A-Thon again this year. Participation has been down the last  few 
years and we want to know if you like the event or not. So  everyone please do 
this quick student only survey and share your ideas about  Play-A-Thon.  
There is also a link on the pep band and DHS bands facebook  pages to this 
survey.  You may only take it once from your computer, so if  there are 2 of 
you in the same household, you will need to use a different  computer if you 
both want to reply....(This is not for parents, but if you  parents have any 
specific ideas about the event you are welcome to send a reply  to this
