[Dhsbb-jazz] Lots of fun this week!!

Good Afternoon Everyone,

This is a busy week for many of us.

Monday (today) there is a Victoria Trip Committee mtg, 7:30pm.
Tuesday, meeting with people about a  Jazz Band Trip for 2012 (we'll discuss this at Wed BB mtg).
Wednesday is our regular March DHS Band Booster's meeting at the Band Room (PA3) 7:30pm.
Thursday is final prep for all the activities around Coconut Grove.
Friday, decorating and set up activities start at 3:30pm at Emerson Jr HS and run until about 10pm.
Saturday, 9:00 am start, get all the final items together and hold a fabulous Coconut Grove event!

Wow.  Busy but great!!  Should be tons of fun.  Hope to see you all there.
If you haven't already purchased your tickets to Coconut Grove, please do so now, we have sold out in the past years and this year we are a little tighter on space, so there will be less tickets sold.  Don't delay.
