[Dhsbb-jazz] DHS Band Boosters - Victoria Spring Trip

Greetings Everyone,

Well the school year is almost half over and the DHS Band Trip to Victoria, Canada will be here before we know it.
We are in the process of purchasing airline tickets, getting the busses and ferry trips aligned and paid for, hotel rooms reserved and all the performances nailed down.
Lots of activity underway to make it a fun and exciting trip.

Thank You to everyone who has send in their 1st installments and passport/document information.  If you haven't yet, HURRY!!  The door will be closing in the next day or two as airlines want the names for the tickets.

It is also time for the 2nd installment ($200), which we would like to have in place by 1/21/11.    If you still need to send in your passport/document information, please do that ASAP.  Please make checks payable to DHS Band Boosters and send them to the address below.

As soon as we have the details on the last fundraiser (Rent-A-Band) finalized, the updates on student credits will be sent out.  Hopefully this week as well.
