Band Booster Parents,
Our first fundraiser event is coming up soon and this is your student's chance to earn some money for the Disneyland trip.  The Natsoulas Jazz Festival is now in its 3rd year and our Jazz Band/Combos will be playing as well as professional groups.  This should be a fun day, but we need help on a number of levels from you.  Below is a letter form Stephanie Hunt who is one of the coordinators of the event.  Please look over her work list/schedule and see if there is something you are able to do.

Please do not hit the reply button since your message needs to go to Stephanie.  She listed her phone number and email for youl.

Dear Band Booster Parents,

The Third Davis Jazz Festival is taking place on Saturday, October 10th. Below
is the Volunteer List for Saturday and Sunday. Please, help support your
musician and our wonderful band program by selecting one or two jobs or work
shifts. The event is filled with music and people who love music so being
there is a treat. Your student earns credit towards the band trips so again
there is another great reward in participating. Please, contact me by phone
750-8724 or by email at desdhunt at comcast.net to let me know what you and our
musician would like to do. I will also be sending out another Volunteer List
for jobs and activities that will take place before the actual Festival.
Stephanie Hunt
