      Dear Jazz Band Parents,

      We have room for one more chaperone on this weekend's trip to the Reno Jazz Festival.  

      Although not technically needed (we have enough chaperones for our basic needs), we are looking for one more person to provide added flexibility in going out for meals, going back and forth from the Festival to the hotel, accommodating specific schedule requests, etc.  Since we are staying at a casino, Nevada law requires we have a sufficient number of chaperones to escort students across the casino floor, etc.

      If you are available as a back-up chaperone, please let me know as soon as possible at matlockpeter at yahoo.com.

      You will be able to share a room at our discounted group rate, help out with this trip, and have a great time at the Festival--which is great fun.
