      Dear Jazz Band Parents and Parents of Alums, 

        

      Many of you remember Benny Amon, who was a key “heart and soul” player with the DHS Jazz Band prior to his graduation in 2007.  Benny is now at UC Berkeley, playing with the Advanced Combo and as drummer for the Big Band. 

        

      Benny will be performing with these groups at Yoshi’s for a fundraiser on October 27, 2008 to support UC Jazz Ensembles—a program that supports Jazz education and performance at UC Berkeley. Information is provided at the following links:
