Dear Band Families and Friends,

The award winning music program at Davis High School counts on your contributions to continue to be successful.  

There is simply no way instruments can be maintained, repaired or replaced or musical scores purchased or festival participation fees paid if we, as friends of the band, don't step up and lead.  The Davis School District provided less than $500.00, less than $3.00 per each band member, for the school year.  

How can you help?  

Later this week you will receive a Direct Donation Request.  Please, please, take the time to make a contribution to the band program.  Instruments and equipment purchased will be used for many years.  What is more important than supporting today's students and the student's of the future?  Mr. Lange and the band students take great pride in caring for their instruments, the band equipment, the music stands and the sound equipment. 

Consider asking grandparents and your employers if they can support the band program as well. The Band Boosters will send all contributors of $100 or more complimentary tickets to future band concerts.  

Keeping music alive now and in the future.
