[Dhsbb-jazz] IMPORTANT: New Orleans Trip Deadline Tomorrow: February 7

Dear Jazz Band Parents,

Two critical issues for the New Orleans Trip:

1.  Second installment payment is due Feb 7
2.  We need your student's name, EXACTLY as it appears on the picture ID the student will take on the trip

Details below:

1.  Please return the second installment of $250 for the New Orleans trip.  This installment is due tomorrow, February 7.  Please mail the check to:

DHS Band Boosters, Jazz Band New Orleans Trip
P.O. Box 73522
Davis, CA  95617

Please include your student's name and make the check to "DHS Band Boosters."

2. Your student must have a picture ID to get through security at the airport.  The ID could be a driver's license or school-issued picture ID (passports will also work).  

Please select the ID card your student will use and send your student's name, EXACTLY as it appears on the ID, to Sam Yang at  spyang1 at comcast.net or me at matlockpeter at yahoo.com

Southwest Airlines requires that we provide each student's name exactly as it appears on their picture ID.

Names and payment are due at Southwest this month, so your prompt response with both the second payment and name is both appreciated and necessary!

Finally--if your student has his/her own frequent flyer account with Southwest then we will forward that information to the airline if you provide the number now.
