[Dhsbb-jazz] Coconut Grove Volunteers

Dear Band Members parents:

As everyone knows, the annual Coconut Grove bash is coming up this 
weekend, February 24, 2007.

"Good morning, Mr. Phelps."
As coordinator for procuring dinner tables and other accessory tables 
needed for the Coconut Grove Mardi Gras, your mission, if you choose 
to accept it, is to bring in a special team of volunteers to unload 
and set up these tables in the Davis High School MPR.  You and your 
Mission Impossible team will arrive at the MPR with the truck load of 
tables at approximately 4:30 pm on Friday, February 23, 2007, where 
you and your volunteers will meet for completion of your mission.  If 
any of your team should be captured during the course of your mission 
the agency will disavow any knowledge of your existence.  Good luck, 
Mr. Phelps."

Seriously, enough of my reminiscing. If you are available Friday 
afternoon, February 23, at approximately 4:30 pm I am in need of your 
help.  This job, unloading and setting up the tables, shouldn't last 
more than a couple of hours, at which point you have put in your 
volunteer hours for the kids, at least for this portion of the room 
set up.  Of course, if you'd like to stick around to help in another 
capacity, I'm sure people will be ready and able to find work for you 
to do.

In order to get an idea of how many people will be available to help, 
I'd appreciate it if you'd either call me or email me by Wednesday 
evening at the numbers listed below.
