[Dhsbb-jazz] Responding to list postings

[DHS Band Boosters - Jazz Band]

This is a reminder regarding responding to listserv postings.
Please make sure you respond to the email address of the person who  
posted the message, not the address or the list.
This is especially important when responding to requests for  
volunteers etc.

Tami, Laurel and other committee organizers will post to all the  
lists, but they are not subscribed to all the lists and may not see  
your response.

It goes without saying that those folks doing the posting should be  
sure to include their email addresses and other contact info in their  
messages.
