[Dhsbb-jazz] items needed for upcoming concerts

I can bring cases of water to all three concerts.

Concert Volunteers Needed: 

We are having 3 more concerts that  sell tickets and serve refreshments.        All concerts start at 7:30pm. 

Senior Concert:     Tuesday May 1 
Jazz Combo:    Saturday June 2 
Jazz on a summer's eve:    Friday June 8 

I need for each concert: 
2 ticket sellers (arrive at 6:45) 
3 cases of bottled water (bring by 7:15) 
3 dozen baked goods from 10 volunteers  (bring by 7:15) 

So if you can help with any or some of these requests, PLEASE contact me via email or phone.      I will provide coffee if cool outside or iced tea and lemonade if warm.
