[Dhsbb-jazz] Play-a-thon reminders

Dear band parents and students,

The Play-a-thon is this weekend, January 28-29.  Students please come  
to the DHS MPR between 6:45 and 7:00 pm to check in and turn in all  
money.  If you are staying overnight, you must have a permission form  
signed by a parent.  We will have extras at the check in tables in  
case they are needed.  After check in, students will then go over to  
the new band room to get their instruments and bring them back to the  
MPR.

Please remember to bring a six pack of your favorite soft beverage  
and some food to share with others.  There will also be food  
(Pizzas!) donated by local businesses.

Dress comfortably and bring pillows and blankets if they'll help you  
feel more comfortable during the times you are not playing.  This  
will be lots of fun, and we look forward to seeing you.  Please call  
if you have any last minute questions.
