[Dhsbb-jazz] Play-a-thon schedule

Dear DHS Band students, parents, alumni, and friends-
   
     Note: Mr. Lange wants parents and friends to know they are welcomed to play anytime during Play-a-thon, except during the specific band's initial concerts.
   
  As requested, here is a rough schedule of events during Play-a-thon (Jan 28-29):
     (All events take place in the DHS Multi-Purpose Room)
   
  6:45 -7:15pm      Students Sign In with their permission slips and pledges
  7:30-8:00 pm      Concert Band concert
  8:00-8:30 pm      Symphonic Band concert
  8:30-9:30 pm      Sight Reading (All parents welcome to play)
  9:30-10:45 pm    Guest Conductors (All parents welcome to play)
  11-12:00 mn       Jazz Band concert
  12 mn- 6:45 am  Sight Reading (All parents welcome to play)
  7:00-7:30 am      Morning Concert (Anyone awake welcome to play)
  7:30-8:00 am      Clean up and go home
