[Dhsbb-jazz] Monterey Jazz Festival CD and DVD orders

Regarding Monterey DVD orders:
I contacted Image Concepts about my order because it was not returned as Bernadette's was.  Some apparently got through and some did not.  Mine was processed but the final DVD copy is not ready until next week and will then be shipped then, hopefully before the holidays.  FYI.

  I wanted to mention that I had sent in the form to Image Concepts and it was returned stating that the address was incorrect.  I called the company (individual) and was told that the address on the form was incorrect and that the correct address was:

  696 San Ramon Blvd
  #281
  Danville, CA 94526

  On the form the address lists 699 as the address...
