[Dhsbb-concert] Fundraiser assistance needed

Hi all
I’m getting ready for the letter writing campaign we call the No Show Tea Party. I will be sending out details next week, but for now I just need a little help with prep. 

Does anyone have a color printer you’re willing to use to print out 500 color copies of a letter? And 100 copies black and white?  I can send you the files, and provide the paper if needed. 

Also, I’ll need 5-6 volunteers this Sunday October 20 to stuff the envelopes. If we have enough people it should only take about an hour. I’m thinking of starting sometime between 1 and 3. It will be at my house in south Davis. Parents AND students can volunteer! Please email me to let me know what time you can be here to help.
