PLEASE NOTE -- THIS MEETING IS AT THE BLANCHARD ROOM OF THE DAVIS BRANCH
YOLO COUNTY LIBRARY.
The meeting starts at 7PM and will end before 9PM. We must vacate with the
room clean and in order by 9PM.
If you received your DDC board member folder, PLEASE BRING YOUR FOLDER TO
THE MEETING.
Please note that all Davis Democrat Club members are welcome to attend the
board meeting. Usually, we have several guests, both members and
non-members, at these meetings.

Davis Democratic Club Meeting Agenda
Thursday, April 1, 7 pm - 8:50 pm
Place: Davis Branch, Yolo County Library in Davis.
315 East 14th Street.
I. Introduction (5 minutes)
i. Approval of Agenda
ii. Approval of Minutes for past meetings as they are submitted
(Minutes from March Board Meeting may be distributed -- NO
VOTE.)
II. Endorsement of Candidate(s) for Yolo County Supervisor 4th District (60
Minutes)
1. Introduce the two candidates and the office they are seeking.
Only the Candidates were asked to attend this meeting.
2. John F goes first, Jim P second.
3. Each speaks for 10 minutes max, or less (IF they desire). They
will be timed.
The Board will ask questions, one question per member for
round 1.
Total time 14-30 minutes.
4. Room Cleared for Board Decision 10 minutes
a. Voting by secret ballot or hand sign
b. Voting eligibility on the board
c. Vote (endorse one, both or neither candidate?)
5. Announce the decision - 2/3rds + 1 of the members present required
to select a candidate.
III. Treasurer's Report -- Betty Weir (2 minutes)
i. General finances and budget of the club
IV. Davis Democratic Club April General Meeting (15 minutes)
i. Date: Thursday, April 24, 6 to 9 PM.
