This is the FINAL agenda. The estimated length of the meeting is 95 minutes!
Just a note -- all board members that can make this meeting and are in town,
please come to the meeting. We are going to be short board members and it
is looking like we will not have a quorum for this meeting.
Campus Democrat Officers, PLEASE ATTEND IF POSSIBLE. You CAN VOTE
ex-officio; just cannot make motions.
PLEASE NOTE -- THIS MEETING IS AT THE BLANCHARD ROOM OF THE DAVIS BRANCH
YOLO COUNTY LIBRARY.
The meeting starts at 7PM and will end before 9PM. We must vacate with the
room clean and in order by 9PM, which means adjourning at 8:50PM to be able
to clear tables and chairs and clean the room.
If you received your DDC board member folder, PLEASE BRING YOUR FOLDER TO
THE MEETING.
Please note that all Davis Democrat Club members are welcome to attend the
board meeting. Usually, we have several guests, both members and
non-members, at these meetings.

IV. Recruitment of Replacement Board Members (2 minutes)

No Chair for this committee. This committee that was requested by
the DDC Board in April 2006 will be mothballed.
