[Davis Democrats] In Two Weeks General Meeting and Potluck on May 22nd

The time of this event will be from 6 to 9PM at the Blanchard Room of the
Davis Branch of the Yolo County Library.  The day of this event will be
Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007

A General Meeting and Potluck

Place: Blanchard Room of the Davis Branch, Yolo County Library

Time: 6-7PM Potluck
Time: 7-9PM -- Workshop on volunteer precinct walking and other campaign duties

Come share food and break bread with the Democrats of Davis.  Lyle Smith and
Rich Petersen are having a training session to prepare election volunteers.
Please bring a calculator, as Lyle will be leading the club through how to
calculate effective campaign numbers.

The suggested donation is $5.  If you would like to eat pizza, Lyle will be
collecting an additional $5 to $10/person to send out for pizza to make this
a true election campaign headquarters experience.  If you do not like pizza,
please bring your favorite food you like to cook or prepare or purchase,
either a main dish, salad or dessert to share with 4 to 6 to 8 people. The
Club will provide coffee, cups, forks and spoons.  Again, the suggested
donation at the door will be $5. 

Potluck suggested breakdown of alphabet for food to bring to event. If your

                A-I  Bring a main dish
                J-R  Bring a salad dish (green, macaroni, or potato or other
                S-Z  Bring a dessert
