PLEASE NOTE -- THIS MEETING IS AT the home of our President, Arun Sen at 422
Fiesta Avenue (Covell to Catalina to Fiesta) with the usual time of 7-9pm.

This is a Preliminary Agenda.  If you have any items you wish to be added,
please send them to Arun Sen at bubsen at hotmail.com  Arun will then forward
them to the executive committee and they will be considered.  Arun will
instruct me as to what the final agenda will be and I will send it out to
this list on Monday.

If you received your DDC board member folder, PLEASE BRING YOUR FOLDER TO
THE MEETING.  

I am going to try to create folders for the new board members.  I have found
that I have run out of folders and will try to purchase more of them.  

AGAIN PLEASE NOTE -- THIS MEETING IS AT the home of our President, Arun Sen

Because this is at Arun's home, if you are a non-board member and want to
attend and need to snack, eat or drink, please bring enough to share with
the board.

This meeting will be held from 7PM to 8PM, but will more than likey go on to
9PM.  

Please note that all Davis Democrat Club members are welcome to attend the
board meeting.  Usually, we have several guests, both members and
non-members, at these meetings.

              (Minutes from November Board Meeting.)  
               These minutes have been sent out to the list.  If you need them

                 Kingsley Melton.  He is suffering from 2nd and 3rd degree
burns 
                 and remains hospitalized.  Kingsley was a member of this

                 was a former Vice President of the club.
