The Radical Right is radically WRONG!
The Radical Right is trying to take over the federal courts, to give
themselves absolute power over our country. Their vision for America will
place ordinary citizens at the mercy of the powerful by, for example:
protecting the interests of corporations like Enron over the rights of
consumers; opposing civil rights protections; limiting the reach of
environmental safeguards; and abolishing reproductive choice.

Terrence Boyle agrees with the Radical Right.
Judge Terrence Boyle, nominated by President Bush for a lifetime appointment
to a federal appellate court, has demonstrated his own Radical Right
ideology in his years as a trial judge in North Carolina. Higher courts,
including the United States Supreme Court, have frequently and vigorously
berated Judge Boyle for many rulings that ignore the law while promoting
Boyle¹s own radical ideology. His rulings have been particularly egregious
in civil rights cases, where he has often been an obstacle to equal justice

Stop the Radical Right: Tell Senator Feinstein TODAY to OPPOSE the
nomination of Terrence Boyle!
Boyle¹s nomination will be voted on in the United States Senate Judiciary
Committee as early as this Thursday, June 9. Senator Dianne Feinstein (CA)
is a key vote on that committee, and is undecided about how to vote.

Senator Feinstein needs to hear from you and your friends!
