[Davis Democrats] February board meeting (after the February 8th General Meeting)

Greetings Davis Democrat Club Boardmembers,

I spoke with Tony about the next Davis Democrat Club Board meeting in
February.  We are going to try to reserve the Blanchard Room for a Davis
Democrat Club Board meeting to report on the results of the General meeting
on February 8th, the results of the by-laws committee, and planning for an
April General Meeting of the Davis Democrat Club.  It probably is early, but
probably it is wise to start thinking about the Champagne Brunch in May or
June.   

Please let me know if anyone has conflicts on the following Dates:  15, 16
or 17.  These are the Third Tuesday through Thursday of February.  

The most important people are the Officers:  President, Vice President,
Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Committee Chair and Publicity Chair, along
with the Newsletter editor and/or newsletter committee.  After that, I will
try to pick a date available that will maximize participation of all of the
other members of the board and interested public and representatives and
adjunct members of the board.  We have had Avi Singh, Rich Petersen, Kandice
Richardson and others attend representing the other Yolo County Democrat
clubs and organizations in Yolo County and they are needed to coordinate and
plan events like the General Meetings, fundraisers and other events.  The
Davis Democrat Club stands to help all of these groups in their activities
and we appreciate their help and participation in club events.
