Greetings all,

The draft minutes for the March 10 meeting are posted at the web site.  I
will be bringing 10 copies to the meeting.  Fortunately for all, this is the
last of the brown paper that the minutes are printed upon.  I will try to
find a more pleasing color from the cheap paper warehouse.
