[1st-mile-nm] Any providers serving Fort Defiance, AZ

Hi, A friend asked if I knew of any reliable ISP's that are able to
service the Fort Defiance, AZ area.  It is for a commercial client.
At present they have Frontier and have had really bad experience with them.
