[1st-mile-nm] NM Broadband Appropriation

Passed by the Legislature and Awaiting Action by the Governor,

House Bill 2 (General Appropriations Act) includes:

$20 million to the NM Department of Information Technology to plan, 
design, and construct broadband projects and improve cybersecurity 
statewide. The appropriation contains sufficient funding for development 
of a digital equity plan to reduce barriers to broadband and leverage 
federal funding.
