   - Datacasting can do much more.
   - For example, Make Google Classroom Curriculum available at homes
   without internet service.
      - I do not know the details about the pathway from the home back to
      the school district's servers.
      - I believe it depends on a cellphone traveling back and forth
      between the home and wifi access point at school or work, etc.
