As part of the New Mexico Broadband Program (NMBBP), the NM Department
of Information Technology (DoIT) Office of Broadband just released a new
_State of New Mexico Strategic Plan and Rural Broadband Assessment.
This document updates the previous Strategic Plan published in 2014 and
adds costs and solutions towards broadband capacity expansion for rural
New Mexicans.
