[1st-mile-nm] Statewide Service Provider Offerings

For some time I've been intending to post information about
special services being offered by providers during this
difficult time.

Following is a posting on the NM PED web site.  It is dated
March 25 and has not been updated, though Much seems to be
missing and/or in need of updates.

I happened to do a bit of follow-up, and attach some info.
about REDINet service offerings, not included by the State.

There's much more valuable information to be posted and shared,
