[1st-mile-nm] Video on Cutting-Edge Open Access Muni Fiber Network

We just published this video about a network in Idaho but I hope it will
inspire people around the country to think about how new technologies can
allow innovation. We shouldn't be building fiber networks in 2016 like it
is 2006.  In Ammon, they are using software-defined networks to increase
competition, reduce public costs, and even dramatically improve public
safety.
